Friday starts suit groups that fly in on Thursday and want the weekend on the water. Monday starts suit groups that spend the weekend in town first. Both days sail the same route at the same fare.
Inside a Nusantara Karya seat fare
A seat on Nusantara Karya covers your bed in an air-conditioned cabin with a private bathroom. The chef cooks breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the boat crew runs the day.
Snorkeling gear, life jackets, water, snacks, coffee and tea come with the seat, and so do a tour guide with photo and video documentation. Pickup and drop-off in Labuan Bajo are free.
Park tickets and ranger fees, flights, your hotel, tips and personal expenses are extra. On the day, each guest pays a park ticket: IDR 50,000 for a domestic guest on a weekday, IDR 75,000 at a weekend and IDR 250,000 for an international guest.
Landing a day early before a Nusantara Karya start
Saving tip. Book your flight to land in Labuan Bajo the day before you sail. A late or canceled flight on the morning itself would cost you the first stop of a trip you have already paid for.
Free pickup covers your hotel, the airport and the harbor. The meeting point and time are agreed on WhatsApp with the deposit.
One more line for the group chat: the park ticket is paid per person on the day, on top of the fare. Add it to the sum before anyone says yes, and add the cost of one extra hotel night if you land early. Both are small next to a missed first stop.

Yes. A Share Cabin is sold from 1 guest, at IDR 3,350,000 (≈ USD 206) per person, and you share the 4-bed cabin with other guests. Master, Deluxe and Private cabins are sold to 2 paying guests at a time.
Can I book a Komodo trip for 2027 already?
Yes. Book 2027 now at the 2026 price list; if the 2027 rate changes before your balance is due, you are told first and can cancel free. Send your head count and the week you want, and we quote the whole boat.
