4 days 3 nights Komodo private boat itinerary and cost

A Komodo 4 day 3 night private boat for a group of 12 costs IDR 49,500,000 (≈ USD 3,037) on Arham Jaya 2 or IDR 51,000,000 (≈ USD 3,129) on Nusantara Karya. Four days, three nights adds a spare day: Rangko Cave, Burung Island and Kanawa open the route, and Kelor closes it.
Extra stops that only the fourth day reaches
The 4D3N route is the only one on this site that visits Rangko Cave and Burung Island. Day one opens with both, then goes on to Kanawa, a small island west of Rinca with white sand beaches and shallow coral reef. It is an easy first snorkel and about 60 to 90 minutes by boat from Labuan Bajo.
Day two runs Siaba Island, Manta Point, Taka Makassar and Komodo Island. Day three is the big-name day: Padar, Pink Beach, Strawberry Rock and Kalong at dusk. Day four finishes with Kelor and Manjarite Beach before the drop-off at the harbor.
Notice what moved. Padar waits until day three, and Kelor, the short hill, becomes the farewell stop. The route gives stops per day without clock times, so the captain sets the pace.
Treat all of it as an example route. The captain decides the order and the anchorage on the day, and the weather changes the plan.

Price bands for the 4D3N boat
The whole boat is priced by head count. Arham Jaya 2 asks IDR 42,000,000 (≈ USD 2,577) for 1 to 4 guests and IDR 44,500,000 (≈ USD 2,730) for 5 to 7. It asks IDR 46,500,000 (≈ USD 2,853) for 8 to 10 and IDR 49,500,000 (≈ USD 3,037) for 11 to 14.
Nusantara Karya keeps two bands: IDR 48,000,000 (≈ USD 2,945) for up to 10 guests and IDR 51,000,000 (≈ USD 3,129) for 11 to 14. Segara Liveaboard has no 4D3N route on this site.
Sum it for the group chat. At 12 guests, Arham Jaya 2 is IDR 4,120,000 (≈ USD 253) each and Nusantara Karya is IDR 4,250,000 (≈ USD 261) each. At 14 guests those become IDR 3,540,000 (≈ USD 217) and IDR 3,640,000 (≈ USD 223).
Park tickets sit outside these shares, and so do the guide and documentation. The charter page has the share at every group size.
Slower days: snorkel, swim, and sleep in
The long route does not add more climbing. It adds water time. Kanawa, Siaba, Pink Beach, Taka Makassar, Manta Point and Manjarite are all snorkel stops, and Kanawa is shallow, between 1 and 6 meters deep.
Day one has no early climb. Rangko Cave, Burung Island and Kanawa come first, so the group boards, settles into the cabins and swims before any trek. Padar, the early start, waits until day three, when everyone has found their sea legs.
Treks are fewer than they sound: Komodo Island on day two, Padar on day three, Kelor on day four. They take 45 to 120 minutes, 25 to 45 minutes and 15 to 30 minutes in turn. Nobody has to join them. A person who prefers the deck stays on the boat.
Manta Point is the one stop with a strong current. Life jackets are on board for the swimmers who want one, and non-swimmers sit that stop out.
Our verdict on adding a fourth day
Put the shares next to each other. On Arham Jaya 2 at 12 guests, 3D2N is IDR 3,710,000 (≈ USD 228) each and 4D3N is IDR 4,120,000 (≈ USD 253). On Nusantara Karya at 12 guests, 3D2N is IDR 4,000,000 (≈ USD 245) and 4D3N is IDR 4,250,000 (≈ USD 261).
The step from three days to four is smaller than the step from two days to three, on both boats. The fourth day costs less per person than the third did.
Our verdict: take four days if the group wants a slower pace, a real snorkel at Kanawa and a morning that does not start in the dark. Take three days if the leave days are tight or the friends are budget-first.
The fourth day does not add a second Padar. It adds Rangko Cave, Burung Island, Kanawa, Siaba and Strawberry Rock and spreads the stops over more hours. Price is only one side of that.
Where 4D3N fits a holiday week
Four days fits a week with a public holiday at one end. Fly in the day before, sail the four days, and keep the last evening free in Labuan Bajo. Book the flight home after 14:00 on day four.

One way to lower the share: ask for a quote at your full head count of 14 if the group can reach it. The 11 to 14 band costs the same at 11 as at 14, so every extra friend lowers the share.
The price covers pickup and drop-off, three nights aboard, three meals a day, the crew, snorkeling gear and life jackets. Flights, your hotel, park tickets, ranger fees, tips and a guide or documentation sit outside it. The price page lists both sides.

What is on the extra day?
The fourth day brings Rangko Cave, Burung Island and Kanawa on day one, plus Siaba Island, Strawberry Rock and a closing visit to Kelor and Manjarite Beach. The 3D2N route does not reach any of them. The captain decides the order of stops on the day.
Does Segara run 4D3N?
Not on this site. Segara Liveaboard has a 3D2N route only, and its whole-boat price is on request. Arham Jaya 2 and Nusantara Karya run 2D1N, 3D2N and 4D3N. Tell us your head count and your dates, and we advise on the right boat.
Is 4D3N too long for non-swimmers?
No, the route has few hard stops. Life jackets are on board on all three boats. Kanawa, Pink Beach and Taka Makassar have shallow water, while Manta Point has a strong current and suits confident swimmers. A non-swimmer sits that stop out on deck.
Can we shorten it on the day?
The captain decides the order of stops on the day, weather and tide included. Fewer stops on a given day is a talk with the captain. A shorter route overall is a different booking, so choose 2D1N or 3D2N before you pay.
