Yes, subject to the boat being free. A change 30 days or more before departure costs nothing, a change inside that window costs IDR 500,000, and a change very close to departure is treated as a cancellation.

The refund follows your notice: 50% at 60 days or more, 25% at 30 to 59 days, and nothing inside 30 days. If the boat cannot sail, you get a replacement boat or a full refund within 14 days.

Children aged 0 to 2 travel free; from age 3 the full fare applies, on all three boats.

Yes. Book 2027 now at the 2026 price list; if the 2027 rate changes before your balance is due, you are told first and can cancel free. The published calendar runs to early January 2027, so send your head count and the week you want.

All three take 12. Arham Jaya 2 has 6 cabins and IDR 3,710,000 (≈ USD 228) per person. Nusantara Karya has 5 cabins and IDR 4,000,000 (≈ USD 245) per person. Segara Liveaboard has 6 rooms, 5 with their own bathroom and the Standard room sharing one, and its whole-boat price on request. Pick by cabins and bathrooms first, then by price.

Both stop at 14 guests and give every cabin its own bathroom. Arham Jaya 2 has 6 cabins, price steps at 5, 8 and 11 guests, and local Wi-Fi. Nusantara Karya has 5 cabins, one price to 10 guests and one for 11 to 14, and Starlink Wi-Fi.

Fourteen guests fill every cabin on Nusantara Karya (5) and every room on Segara (6). On Arham Jaya 2 they fill five or six of the six cabins, depending on whether the Master Cabin Balconies take the extra bed. Put four in each bunk cabin and two in each double.

A Share Cabin sleeps four on bunks and is sold from one guest. A private cabin sleeps two. On Arham Jaya 2 a Share Cabin seat is IDR 3,350,000 (≈ USD 206) and a Private Cabin Sea View seat is IDR 4,250,000 (≈ USD 261), per person. The shared cabin is the lowest fare and has bunks.

Friends who do not mind bunks. Each Share Cabin sleeps four, and Segara's Sharing Cabin Room has two double bunk beds. Give couples the doubles and the bunk cabins to the four who will sleep anywhere. Every one of those bunk cabins has a bathroom of its own.

Nusantara Karya has Starlink Wi-Fi, and Arham Jaya 2 has local Wi-Fi, not satellite.

Three days 2 nights is the route that reaches Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo, Taka Makassar and Manta Point. Two days 1 night is a shorter loop on Arham Jaya 2 and Nusantara Karya. Four days 3 nights adds more stops at a slower pace. The captain decides the order of stops.

Pink Beach, Taka Makassar and Manta Point are the snorkeling stops on the main route. Taka Makassar is a sandbar visible at low tide only. Manta Point has a strong current and guided snorkeling, and sightings of mantas are not guaranteed. Snorkeling gear is on all three boats.

Yes, flights are never in a boat fare, and we do not sell tickets. We help you choose them: arrive the day before and fly home after 14:00. Send us the flight numbers and we set the pickup around them.

Padar's viewpoint is a climb of 25 to 45 minutes. Kelor is a short steep hill of 15 to 30 minutes. On Komodo, rangers lead an easy walk, and there is no trekking without a ranger. Shoes with grip help on all three.

Nusantara Karya's whole boat is never cheaper per head than its bunk seat. Segara's whole-boat price is on request, so no comparison is possible. A seat includes a guide; a private charter does not.

It comes from yacht rules in some countries, where more than 12 guests changes a boat's category. We do not apply it here. Each of the three boats has its own ceiling of 14 guests, and the harbor authority checks the ticket list against the boat's capacity.

Name one person to hold the booking. Each friend sends that person 50% of their share by a date the group sets ahead of ours, and that person pays the deposit. Keep one shared note with each share, the deposit date and the balance date, and give us one WhatsApp thread.
