What is in the price of a Komodo boat charter? Free pickup in Labuan Bajo, three meals a day, the chef and crew, snorkeling gear and life jackets. Park tickets sit outside it, from IDR 50,000 per domestic guest on a weekday. So do flights, tips, and on a private charter the guide and documentation.
Pickup, three meals and crew inside the fare
Start on day 1. A vehicle collects your group at your hotel, the airport or the harbor in Labuan Bajo, and takes you back at the end. Both ways are free. The time is agreed on WhatsApp with the deposit.
Aboard, the chef cooks breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the route. The crew runs the boat, and snorkeling gear and life jackets are aboard for every guest. The cabins are air-conditioned. Karaoke sets are on all three boats.
Small extras differ by boat. Segara includes welcome drinks and a daily afternoon snack. Nusantara Karya includes water, snacks, coffee and tea.
The captain decides the order of stops on the day, and clouds and haze change the plan. That is part of the trip. It is no deduction from the price.
What stays outside the fare
Not in the price
- Park tickets: weekday IDR 50,000 and weekend IDR 75,000 for domestic guests, IDR 250,000 for international guests.
- Ranger and pier charges, paid separately on the day.
- Flights to and from Labuan Bajo, and your hotel there.
- Tips for the crew, and personal expenses.
- Travel insurance, which we recommend on every boat. On Segara, alcohol is extra too.
- On a private charter, a guide and photo and video documentation. Both are available on request and quoted separately.
The park ticket is the one that surprises groups. It is per person. It is paid on top of the fare, and it changes with the day of the visit and with the passport you hold. Put it in the group chat as its own line, right beside the share per person, before anyone has said yes.
A weekend ticket costs more than a weekday one for a domestic guest. A Monday start puts the park days on weekdays.

Add-ons we quote on request
Some things are not in any fare and can still be arranged. Each is quoted within hours, and nothing is added to your fare without a written quote. We give no price for them, because the cost depends on your head count, the island and the date.
- Dinners. A dinner on an island, a private island dinner or a seafood dinner. A special request such as a dietary need, a birthday or a proposal can sit inside any of them.
- Decoration. A cabin or a deck, for a birthday or an anniversary.
- A photographer. Drone shots only where a park permit allows them.
- A meeting. On board or on an island, for a team outing.
- A larger vehicle. A Toyota HiAce seats up to 12, and a larger coach is quoted on request.
Family gatherings and team outings use the same list. A group that wants a seafood dinner on the first night and a decorated deck for a birthday sends one message and gets one written quote back.
Seats and private charter, side by side
The two products share a core and differ at the edges. This table sets them next to each other. A seat is one bed on a Monday or Friday open trip. A private charter is the whole boat.

FAQ
Are meals included?
Yes. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are cooked aboard by the chef on every day of the route, on all three boats. A dinner on an island is an extra and is quoted separately.
Is airport pickup free?
Yes. Pickup and drop-off in Labuan Bajo are free, at your hotel, the airport or the harbor. The time is agreed on WhatsApp with the deposit. A larger vehicle for a big group is quoted as its own line.
Are snorkeling sets included?
Snorkeling gear and life jackets are aboard all three boats and are in the fare. Fins are on the bring list if you want your own. You pay nothing extra for the gear we list.
Are drinks included?
Segara includes welcome drinks and free-flow water, coffee and tea. Nusantara Karya includes water, snacks, coffee and tea. Alcohol is not included on Segara, and you pay for any drinks you bring or buy yourself.
Can you arrange a dinner on an island?
Yes. A dinner on an island, a private island dinner and a seafood dinner can each be added. The price depends on head count, island and date, and we quote it within hours. Nothing is added to your fare without that quote.
