A seat is the right buy for a group that will not fill a boat. Once you are close to 14, the sum changes, because a full Arham Jaya 2 comes in under its own bunk seat and a full Nusantara Karya does not.

Segara's whole-boat price is on request, so there is no whole-boat comparison there. The charter page works out the share per person at every group size, so you can set it beside the seat fares above.

Between 10 and 13 guests, the whole boat on Arham Jaya 2 still costs more per head than the bunk seat. What the charter buys at that size is the route in your own order and no strangers aboard.

Seats and charters bundle different things. A seat on any of the three boats includes a tour guide and photo and video documentation. A private charter leaves both out, and both are available on request, quoted separately.

Every seat fare also covers your bed, three meals a day, the crew, snorkeling gear, life jackets, and free pickup and drop-off in Labuan Bajo. Park tickets, ranger fees, flights, your hotel and tips are never in it. The price page has the full lists.

Keep the guide and documentation in mind when you weigh a seat against a charter for 4 to 8 people. The seat has both built in, and the charter adds them back as a separate line.

The calendar's last start is Friday, 1 January 2027, and later dates are confirmed on WhatsApp. Tell us the week, the boat and the cabin you would pick.

A date runs once its minimum cabins are booked. We tell you on WhatsApp before you pay. Breakdowns and port or park orders can stop a boat. If that happens, your seat moves to a phinisi of equal or higher standard on the same date, at no charge, or you take a full refund within 14 days.

The deposit is 50%, and the balance is due 30 days before departure. Moving a booked date costs IDR 500,000 once you are inside the reschedule window. The how-to-book page has the full rule.
