Start on WhatsApp: guests, week, boat
The button below opens WhatsApp with a message already started. It asks for four blanks: how many of you, how many days, from which date, and your budget per person. Fill them in and send.
You do not need to choose the boat first. Write "help us pick" and we choose with you, using the head count and the budget per person. Arham Jaya 2, Nusantara Karya and Segara Liveaboard all stop at 14 guests.
If you prefer email, write to info@komodoexplorer.com with the same four facts. We answer email in the same hours, with the quote attached or written out.
WhatsApp and email leave a written trail, and a written trail is what protects a group that is paying together.

What goes in the first line to us
Four facts make a quote possible, and the first message can hold all four.
- Head count. Exact if you know it, a range if you do not. The whole-boat price moves at set head counts, so the number matters.
- Days. 2 days 1 night, 3 days 2 nights or 4 days 3 nights. Segara Liveaboard runs the 3 days 2 nights route.
- Dates. A week, or a Monday or Friday start if you want a seat on a departure.
- Budget per person. The figure the group chat has agreed, kept apart from the park ticket.
Add the boat if you have one in mind, and add anything unusual, such as a child under 3 or a guest who cannot climb a hill. We do not need a deposit to quote.
Tell us your budget per person in the first message. It lets us show the boat and the head count that reach it, and it saves three rounds of replies.
Reply time
We are available every day from 08:00 to 20:00 WITA. A message in those hours gets a written reply the same day. A message sent outside them gets a reply the next morning.
The reply is the quote or a question that unlocks it. When a fact is missing, we say it is on request and we ask the boat. One example is the whole-boat price for Segara Liveaboard.
We work in English and Indonesian. Write in either.

Do you speak English?
Yes, English and Indonesian. Write in the one you prefer. Names of boats, cabins and places stay as the boats name them, and every figure in a quote is written in rupiah and dated 27 October 2026.
Can I call?
We work by message first. WhatsApp and email leave a written trail. If a voice call would help, say so in your message and we tell you whether it fits; the quote always arrives in writing.
