Which head count fits

Arham Jaya 2 has 6 cabins, each with its own bathroom, and its price steps up at 5, 8 and 11 guests. It suits groups of 8 to 14 who want a bathroom for every couple.

Nusantara Karya has 5 cabins, also with a bathroom each, and only two prices: one up to 10 guests, one for 11 to 14. It suits a group of 9 or 10 that wants one flat number.

Segara Liveaboard has 6 rooms, 5 with their own bathroom; the Standard room shares one, and its whole-boat price is on request. It suits a group chasing the lowest seat fare.

Every boat stops at 14. Over that, you need two boats.

When the group is too small to fill a boat, take a seat. A seat is one bed on a Monday or Friday departure of 3 days 2 nights. Seats start at IDR 2,750,000 (≈ USD 169) per person, and the next start is Friday, 6 November 2026.

That is the open trip format: you share the boat with other guests and pay by cabin. The cheapest seat is in a bunk cabin, the dearest in a Master Cabin Balcony.

A date runs once its minimum cabins are booked. We tell you on WhatsApp before you pay. The calendar's last start is Friday, 1 January 2027.

Group cost split. Colleagues or friends who divide one bill pay a share worked out per head. An office outing is a budget group outing, and we price it that way.

Friends. Ten friends pay less each with every extra friend who joins, up to the ceiling of 14.

Reunion and graduation. A class of 14 on Arham Jaya 2 pays the lowest share of any priced whole boat here.

Families. A big family fills three or four cabins, and the bathroom in every cabin matters more than the deck.

Each of these has its own page with the sum worked out for that kind of group.

• Message. Send your head count and dates on WhatsApp, and name a boat or ask us to choose.
• Written quote. We reply with the total, the share per person and what is not included.
• Deposit. You pay 50% to hold the date. The balance is due 30 days before departure. Pickup time is agreed on WhatsApp with the deposit.

WhatsApp comes first because the group chat is where the sum gets argued. Send the message from there, and our quote is written to be pasted straight back in.

A broken boat or a port or park order is not your loss. We move you to a phinisi of equal or higher standard on the same date, free of charge, or refund you in full within 14 days. Nothing is charged before the quote.

Three bills arrive on top of the boat. The park ticket is paid per person, and the table below has the rate for each passport and day of the week. Ranger and pier charges are paid on the day.

On a private charter, neither a guide nor photo and video documentation is included. Both are quoted separately on request.

Flights and your Labuan Bajo hotel are yours to book. Arrive the day before the start, so a late flight does not eat the first morning.

The split of work is simple. We do not own any of the three boats. We write the quote, take the payment, arrange the free pickup and answer when something changes before you sail. The crew does the sailing and the cooking.
