For the night before boarding, a group wants two things from a hotel: a short drive to the harbor, and enough rooms. The list below is sorted by area, and each card shows the drive to the harbor, so you can compare without a map.

Twins, triples and family rooms for 14 guests
Fourteen guests need more rooms than a group of eight expects. Seven twin rooms take all 14. Four triple rooms and one twin do the same, and so do three family rooms for four plus one twin.
Send us the head count and the dates. We confirm the room types, the number of each and the rate per room with the hotel. Then divide the room rate by the guests in that room. Per person per night is the only comparison that counts.
Seven rooms is a large order for a small hotel, so send the request early.
Put friends in triples or fours when the hotel has them, and compare the per-person rate with a twin. You pay for beds, not doors.
Which flights to book for the boat
Most groups fly into Komodo airport (LBJ) from Bali, Surabaya, Jakarta or Lombok. We do not sell flight tickets. We help you choose flights that fit the boat, and we set the pickup around the flight numbers you send.
Arrive the day before boarding. A flight that lands at boarding time costs the first stop, and a delayed one can cost the day.
Fly home after 14:00 on the last day. That leaves room for the drop-off in Labuan Bajo and the drive to the airport.

The night in town before boarding
A night in town removes the arrival risk for the whole group at once. Plan to be at the hotel with bags packed in the morning.
Pickup is at 10:00 for the Nusantara Karya private charter. For Arham Jaya 2 and Segara Liveaboard the pickup time is agreed on WhatsApp with the deposit.
Pickup is free from any hotel in Labuan Bajo, in both directions. The hotel can be anywhere in the list above, and the drive to the harbor is the only thing that changes.
The Nusantara Karya private 3 days 2 nights charter drops you off at 12:00 on day 3. For Arham Jaya 2 and Segara Liveaboard the drop-off time is agreed on WhatsApp with the deposit.
